Where we are

The B&B LE VIGNE stands in the centre of an old hamlet, named CASANUOVA in 1338, as witnessed by a list of routes in the “DISTRICT OF THE SANGALLO ROAD TO SAN PIERO A SIEVE” outlined for the purpose of recording the relation between trade and hospitality-related activities. The hamlet, which stands on the north-facing hillside of Castel Guerrino, has very ancient origins. Few inhabitants populate the arch-shaped line of houses along via delle Vigne and La Greta. In the area called La Greta, at a slightly higher level, the church of San Michele towers over the farm estates (Casabogi, La Greta, Le Ceppe etc.)
